01Factories & workshops
Seamless or textured finishes for selected production zones, with thickness and exposure matched to the operation.
EPOXY FLOORING / THE CORE OFFER
A resin floor is a system, not a single coat. The right option depends on the slab, traffic, cleaning routine, appearance and downtime.
MAPLE RESINS / INDIA01 / EPOXYVISUAL ENVIRONMENT REFERENCECOMMON APPLICATIONS
01Seamless or textured finishes for selected production zones, with thickness and exposure matched to the operation.
02Traffic lanes, dust control, repairs and maintenance guide whether a coating, broadcast system or another concrete treatment fits.
03Solid colours, decorative finishes or selected broadcast systems where presentation and maintenance both matter.
SYSTEM OPTIONS
These are starting points for a site-specific specification, not interchangeable packages.
A continuous finish for selected dry spaces where cleanability and appearance are priorities.
Aggregate broadcast when the brief calls for a different texture, wear profile or visual finish.
A thicker, trowelled build-up for selected repairs and more demanding working surfaces.
BEFORE ANY COATING
Assessment includes contamination, moisture, strength, cracks, joints and previous coatings. Preparation and repairs are specified before products, thickness and finish. Some wet, hot or chemically demanding environments call for urethane cement or another system instead of epoxy.
The preparation method, repairs, system layers, expected finish, exclusions, maintenance and any product-specific performance claims. A price per square foot without those details leaves too much unanswered.
